That's exactly why I use Reuters and BBC for my news.

Some American's think the BBC is a bastion of accuracy. They are a government controlled/funded network. They are likely better than ABC, CBS and NBC but that is about it. I think a lot of Americans think it is better or more trustworthy is the British accents. Being married to a Brit I am always amazed at how some just love to hear my wife talk and talk and talk.

I also noticed the survey put a lot of non news shows in their study. Some of these are commentary not news. Not sure what the criteria was to be considered a news source. Maybe it was just because they had a show that covered current events but that is the wrong bar.

Look at the trustworthiness to get a better barometer of what they were trying to get across is my advice.

Rush Limbaugh is not a news source. His program is not news (there are many others on the list too). Calling him news and/or comparing him to CNN/ABC/NBC etc is a misnomer.
