Same here after ETS, home cooking food was always better then mess hall, expressly when your father was a cook in the Navy.

When I left active-duty I was 210 (with respectably-low body fat comp.) then as a civilian got as high as 255, then back down to 225 (and a much higher percentage of mass is certainly now fat). I like food.

Capt Dwayne Conyers: You know, this is NOT good advice; but, I eat whatever I want- and I walk as fast as I can....wherever I go. I stay in shape that way.
