Heroin, fentanyl kill more in Cook and Will counties than crashes

Just look at the stats on how many Americans die due to drug use each year. Over 52,000 in 2015. That is over 1000 times the number of Americans who died due to terrorist activities in 2015. Yes we spend just a fraction of our budget on drug programs compared to fighting terrorism. Maybe our priorities are off a bit?? Just a thought.
