High school girls in ‘misconstrued’ KKK photo suing for defamation | American Military News

Seems odd that a basic fact is in question. The lawsuit says the girls were banned from extracurricular activities while the school says they were never disciplined at all. I can see how the defamation thing can be a judgement call, but whether they were banned or not should be straightforward.

How dumb can you be to post a photo on social media with the caption "KKK" and expect folks will know it's the girl's initials and not reference to the Klan?

They look innocent of any wrongdoing, the lawsuit should proceed
