27 years ago today the 24th Infantry Division, mechanized division of XVIII Airborne Corps, rolled into Iraq. We recently held a reunion at Fort Stewart to remember the fallen Desert Shield/Desert Storm soldiers of the 24th ID. Do we have any other Taro Leafers here on RP?

Yes SGT Henderson, 1985 & 1988. I was affiliated with a BN at HAAF between fall 1985 and Fall 1987. During Desert Storm I was an 18A SF officer.

I was in Charlie 3/19 in the early eighties. I wore the Taro Leaf.
