Sgt Tom Cunnally Good discussion of the variable in play. There is no doubt she should be indicted, prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned, as should members of her staff. The question is "will she be?", and I think the answer to that questions is probably "no", because we have an Administration that has already shown its propensity to thumb its nose at the law for political reasons. Just yet another notch in Obama's gun of corruption...

You are right on Colonel and it's a damn shame! Anyone else , other then her, would of been in jail a long time ago. And they call that Justice? Hell, Justice my ass! I guess Justice is really meant to be "Just Us"? The whole administration, as usual, is doing any damn thing that they want to and it sucks the big one! FEA!

Sgt David G Duchesneau - You could see such an uproar by the public if she is completely exonerated that it might just cost her the election. Or you might just see Loretta Lynch just slow roll her decision for months & hope it just fades away into the sunset of history.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - I would like to see anything, anything at all that will make her go away for good!

here lies the rub. A grand jury has been impaneled so an indictment is out of the fbi or doj's hands. If she is indicted they decide whether to pursue it. The GJ is made up of everyday civilians. I think she will get indicted and that will be enough for her to lose badly.

Even if Hillary is interviewed by the FBI in the next few weeks, it has to have some effect on public opinion. There's an old saying in Washington DC "that sometimes the coverup is worst than the crime" so we will just have to watch and wait to see how this all turns out.

I would think so. If it does not we have become a country of purely teams. I will vote my team in no matter who the candidate is.

Sgt (Join to see) - But don't forget we still have "Team Obama" for another seven months. His team will never allow Hillary to be indicted because of what the consequences would be. Just imagine if Hillary is charged with criminal wrongdoing and has to drop out of her campaign for president. I just don't think Obama would let that happen even though he would probably like to toss her under the bus. Obama may still hold a grudge from the 2008 elections when both Bill & Hillary made some negative comments about him. Hillary's record as Sec of State didn't help the Obama legacy as some historians are beginning to suggest ie. Reset with Russia, Libya, Iraq, Syria and Iran are still major issues And Israel is not a big fan of Hillary or Obama from what I understand.
