I guess we've exhausted all the other right wing site Hillary email articles, so now we're down to quoting former FBI agents with no knowledge of the actual investigation, as told to the official Russian government English lanugage propaganda site.

This was a comment on the article above. Not by me.
U.S. Code § 1924 – Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material
If the federal prosecutors are of a
charitable disposition and an accused person has been cooperative, the
felony charges under 18 U.S. Code § 793 and 18 U.S. Code § 798 may be
“pled-down” to a single or to multiple misdemeanor counts under 18 U.S.
Code § 1924. A misdemeanor conviction would probably result in a period
of probation and a less significant fine. The prohibited conduct is the
unauthorized removal of classified information from government control
or its retention in an unauthorized location. The mens rea
required is the intent to remove from government control or the intent
to store the classified information in an unauthorized location.
3.) 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
To sustain a charge under 18 U.S.
Code § 2071(b), a federal prosecutor need only prove that the accused
transferred and held the only copies of official government records
(whether classified or not), the very existence of which was concealed
from government records custodians. The mens rea
required is that an accused knows that official government records were
transferred or removed from the control of government records
custodians. Violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) is a felony with a
maximum prison term of three years.

LTC (Join to see) It is very plain to see for anybody who has knowledge whatsoever about handling classified information and is not a blind Obama sheeple Kool-Aid drinker. If the liberal press would cover it without the spin, there would be much more outcry for an indictment. If she is not indicted, both Obama and Lynch should be indicted for miscarriage of justice and/or impeached for failure to fulfill their oaths of office to enforce the law.

COL Jean (John) F. B. - Indict her on what charge? What law of the US Code did she break? I don't think the above laws match this situation, and apparently the FBI agreed.

Capt Michael Greene - The FBI Director identified the laws she broke and enumerated the specifics. He stated the FBI validated she had violated the law, however, stated he would not recommend an indictment.

RT: Does the investigation pose a threat to Clinton's presidential aspirations?
JC: Political commentators have said this. The FBI has said nothing. The FBI’s investigation is extremely complex. They are looking at years of activity; they are looking at thousands and thousands of transactions in cyberspace. There are really two prongs to this investigation: the sensitive handling or mishandling of classified information in the form of emails. But there is also another aspect of this and that is the significant monies that came to the coffers of the Clinton Foundation while Mrs. Clinton held a high cabinet-level political position. And it is a violation of the law for political officials to accept money. This is somewhat of a grey area. But there are indications that part of the investigation is not only looking at the handling or mishandling of classified information… but, on the second hand, is an individual in an official capacity accepting money or favors on behalf of their position with the US government.
When I was an FBI agent and I worked overseas, I was not able to accept anything that had a value over 25 dollars… So, there is a big question about not only the handling of information, but also the accepting of gifts. There has been anecdotal information that upwards of $57 million went into the coffers of the Clinton Foundation while Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State. So, that is something that the investigation will look at."

Good article sir, I would just ask one question and the others should be asking. At this point in time it is apparent she is a the least negligent and any one with a clearance would have been stripped of it and never be able to hold a clearance so how can she and if she can't hold a clearance how can she run for office and be in office. As soon as her and trump receive the nomination form each party they will start getting national intel so how can she receive this if she is under investigation for mishandling intel...Now the receiving or rumors of receiving money would also have clearances removed from normal people. I believe this is how they should go at here.

It's coming.... She's gonna get indicted and apparently Obama doesn't like the Clintons: this should be entertaining.

SFC David Pratt - Yes. Pres. Obama has got no love for the Clintons.
He said his number one regret was how Libya turned out. Who was all for that cluster?
He has got to protect the ACA and she is not the best protector. -THAT- is the bottom line. Her criminality seems beyond question.

Capt Walter Miller Partisan politics will prevent Hillary from being indicted. The Obama administration is too busy bringing charges against people and states who dare defy his immoral, racist, liberal agenda and demand that blacks be allowed to riot and loot, men be allowed to go into girls' bathrooms and locker rooms, illegal immigrants are allowed to enter the country and collect benefits (with impunity (and vote Democrat), and that the government be allowed to target conservatives. He is not at all interested in actually enforcing the law against clearly guilty people like Hillary Clinton.
