Were the governments of Botswana and Angola paid any type of fee for such a great find?

Whew! :0) yeah, I didn't want to sound like an embittered pessimist, but this is exactly how I feel! The poorest of the poor are exploited and worked like miles. They dig up treasures that could turn countless numbers of their lives around for the good and strangers walk in, take advantage of them (the poorest) and step on top of their tired emaciated bodies on the way to the bank. The crooked officials buy more Champaign.
