I have read it because I simply wanted to know WHAT IN THE HELL WAS GOING THROUGH THAT MAN'S MIND? Please forgive my use of street lingo when I say I can confirm, THAT GUY WAS WACK (to put it mildly). To put it simply, I knew he was Cray, I just had to read for my self how crazy.

[NOTE - PLEASE don't confuse people by letting them know that "kamph" and "jihad" CAN have the same meaning because then people will start calling Herr Hitler an "Islamic Terrorist" and using him to "prove" that Islam will wage war against the west.
