Hey all. Just wanted to send a warning. The folks at this company (Simplify Home Loans) use some interesting tactics to lure veterans to call them. For a long time now I've been getting mail from them, which I can't refuse because there is no return address, and the mailing basically claims that it is an expiration notice and that in order for me to get access to certain "options through your VA guarantee" I have to call by a certain deadline. I get these WEEKLY. The mailing feels very government, but it is not a government agency (and their very fine print says so). They lead you to believe it is from the VA. Anyway, if you see these things from this company, be careful. After asking them multiple times to stop mailing me these things, they keep mailing them, so I just reported them to the FTC.
