Why DHS, you don't need more funding for something as mediocre as this.

I have no problem monitoring accuracy in media and the potential for U.S. elections and policy to be influenced via “fake news.” This however, seems excessive. Perhaps they should simply contract Apple, Facebook and/or Google who are tracking everyone, not just journalists.

Why would they need or want such a thing? How would they use it? very troubling.
