Imagine if all you had in the world was a dog. No family. No home. No one to even talk to. At least you could talk to a dog and it would love you regardless of your past, your present, or your future.

Well I have a home, but pretty much all I otherwise have is my dog, and I'd break down like a baby if I lost him.

Hang on to what you have and go gather more. If you can be a good friend to a dog, you can be a good friend. Go find others. It was a friend, even more than family that helped me through the greatest challenge of my life.

CPT Jack Durish a man (or woman) with a dog is a rich person. No matter how bad a day is, dog just wants to love up because they are so happy to see you.
