I'm not saying that China's Communist government used Covid-19 as a distraction so they could arrest dissidents or sail a naval force around Japan and Taiwan, but they sure are taking advantage of the situation. Wouldn't you agree?

I couldn't access the article but numerous other outlets are reporting a similar story. Yup, can't say they did this purposefully but they are not wasting a good crisis.
