If they witnessed any sexual abuse and didn't stop it, then yes they are accountable just as much as the perpetrator. I definitely do believe Lorne Michaels fostered an environment that allowed underage teens to be at those after parties.

I'm wondering - where were the parents of these 15-17 year old girls when they were going to SNL after parties? Why didn't anyone step in and have them leave realizing they were underage?

Because they were hoping to be discovered and were looking to get some camera time. Spoiled brats looking for a leg up on the prverbial stage called SNL........

SFC Jim Ruether - So you're okay with adult men who sexually abuse OR ignore the sexual abuse of minors? Or anyone? Weird flex.

It doesn't matter what those teenage girls were doing or their motivation. They were 15-17 years old. At least ONE adult in the room should have said "Hey - get these girls out of here." But that didn't happen.

Why do we continue to excuse adults who take advantage of children?
