Besides about 5 bullet wounds the defector had large parasitic worms, tuberculosis, and Hepatitis B. They also found raw corn in his stomach, so apparently they're being fed almost like livestock. That is, if we can believe the sources. I hope he survives and can provide insight into the way of life there.

SFC William H. - I think it would be appropriate to not assume anything WRT his loyalty. Just because he ran doesn't immediately point to him being friendly. I'm sure the folks involved realize this and will act accordingly. If NK wanted him back, they could have low-crawled to him same as SK. Meaning being to not rule out a staged defector, and that he's NK until proven otherwise. The Dr. had stated nobody can interrogate for at least a month according to very limited reading I've found.

I wonder if the world court ICC(?) could or would have the authority to charge China with human rights abuses as well as N. Korea since they backed Jung Un's rule
