COL (Join to see) In these trying times even those of us in support roles are seeing less than compassionate understanding from the people we serve. Medical Clinics although not considered front line healthcare like hospitals we are the first ones patients think of when they have a problem.

Didn't help that hundreds of nurses and ancillary staff were fired because they didn't take the jab! Now tge remaining staff are overworked leading to nurse burn out and effecting patient care and patient outcomes! No one should be forced through vaccine mandates to take the jab, it should be a personal choice! It is not the governments job to force something upon us that many feel is not safe! Everyone the risks involved as the MSM, social media, and the CDC have bombarded us with potential side effects to the point of ad nauseum, that many have just ignored what information is put out! Many of is worked through the first year of the pandemic without the vaccine and were considered heroes! Now that many have refused to put a foreign substance in their bodies they are ridiculed called anti vaxxers, and are being fired from their jobs. Management could care less about the short staffing as they continue to get their bonuses and promote their organizations as the number one in healthcare!!
