How a Chicago college student ended up in the middle of an FBI investigation into Chinese spying

Our politicians need to understand that open borders and laxed immigration laws create a national security risk.

More than 2,600 Chinese nationals have claimed to work for two U.S.-based companies that do not exist. Using a loop hole in the nation’s immigration laws this allowed them to remain in the country without authorities detecting them thus exposing a serious risk of our current immigration laws.

Federal authorities would not directly address what was being done to locate the more than 2,600 Chinese nationals who claimed to work at Findream or Sincontech, how many might still be in the country or whether any of them might be agents for the Chinese government.

"Law enforcement is following up on those 2,600 to determine what action would be appropriate to take related to them going forward,” said U.S. attorney Lausch.

While there have been a couple of arrests this clearly demonstrates that foreign countries are using loop holes in our laws to engage in espionage.
