We should have just turned the internet off in ISIS held areas, along with cell phones and if feasible, power. I know we have multiple means to do so, and they would have zero capability to counter it. Service denial cyber attacks like that one are fine, but a half measure.

No surprises here!!!!
Our worst enemy is ourselves. I’ve seen this type of issues too many times and with quick solutions but no one wants to tackle it. Why you might ask? Because the plan comes from the other guy and not us, because the other gal will call the shots and not us. Because the other team has access and placement in the sandbox but we don’t. And the whining continues while getting our asses handed to us by habbib who is doing a helluva job in the un-constrained cyber arena. Thanks bureaucrats!
