One must do their best to keep their head up high, learn from their errors and omissions . Have some type of higher being they look up to for faith and guidance. If one simply does right by others , the light will be brighter. I am a huge fan of Paying it Forward and remembering Karma is a bitch!

MSgt George Cater Pascal theorized: Pascal -- French philosopher, scientist, mathematician and probability theorist (1623-1662) -- argues that if we do not know whether God exists then we should play it safe rather than risk being sorry. The source goes on to give examples in general terms and flesh out the philosophy. I have had brushes so close to death I could see a hand in the blinding light though my vitals registered 0. My faith has never waivered but often discussing Pascal and this basic argument helps others reframe things. Believe and live a good life with a hereafter. But what if there is no hereafter? You still have lived a good life. What have you lost? But what if you never believe? Do you act rashly, meanly? What is the gain? What if there is a hereafter? I would argue that Standing before God might be a bit uncomfortable. But I also believe in a forgiving God. And I choose a life of kindness.

Proverbs 24:16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
