So Ash Carter could unilaterally reverse Military standards (found in AR 40-501, Standards of Medical Fitness) by ordering the disqualification for, and removal of Gender Dysphoria from AR 40-501, but the Commander-in-Chief cannot determine, with the aid of his Military leadership who he wants in his Military? That seems kind of disingenuous to me....

Anything in the US Constitution that allows the Secretary of the Army to remove a disqualifying condition from a regulation used by MEPS to qualify ALL members of all services would also, logically allow the PRESIDENT of the United States and COMMANDER IN CHIEF to reinstate the disqualifying factor. OR did the US Constitution change in the last couple of years?

Regulations can be removed by anyone higher or equal to in the chain command than the person who who authrised the regualtion . Since the secede is senior to the Secretary of the Army he has more than enough authrity to do so . Do not confuse regulating with statues. As far as the Consti on though you seemed to have missed article 1 section 8 which defines who has the ultimate autritibg in regulating the armed services. That is not the President of the United states. Congress has the final word on that.

There is no harm being done to thousands of service members by banning transgendered people. The harm is to the hundreds of thousands who are negatively impacted by this insane Obama policy.

The military isn't an employment agency. Just like anybody else who has a physical, or in this case a mental disability, they are not allowed to serve. Service isn't a right, it is a privilege. Obama used the military as a social Petri dish. That is ending.
