I don't think this is as much about Trump shocking everyone as it is about the American people finally moving forward and voicing their opinion of frustration at the way things are going. I will use Nebraska as an example- legislators passed a law to abolish capital punishment stating they were reflecting what the voters wanted. Our elected officials represent themselves- not we the people any more. I think this election is hopefully the ground swell of throwing out the career politicians and graft that follows. We can only hope.

Did he really stun the world though? Democrats picked the worst possible candidate to run this year. This election was decided from the beginning. Just like the last two elections were. How can anyone with her background of incompetence be seriously considered. So many qualified strong women in the world and in politics and they chose that clown....smh. Hopefully Mr. Trump can reign in some of his actions and with some good guidance around him maybe he can do some good for this country.
