SGT (Join to see) When I recently interviewed for the job I accepted I was a bit taken aback at having three interviewers and one of them e-conferencing in to ask questions. Every interview requires a bit of research as to the position, the company, and what you can bring to the table. For me I had been researching this job for months.

Makes sense. An unknown change to the interviewer(s) present can quickly void some prior research and, ultimately, time.
