The term “public cloud” is obsolete and does not reflect networking realities of today. Azure is demonstratedly more secure than most on-premises data centers from a Cybersecurity breeches related to cloud infrastructure perspective. Of course end users can still do stupid things as NSA, CIA, DOD and others have discovered.
