Good food for thought, CPT (Join to see). I especially agree with the 30-day idea. I saw several PLs bite the dust early on because they thought they had it figured out from day one. Bad mistake....

My best PLs listened to their NCOs. I say listened. Ultimately it's the PL who has to answer for both the good and bad, but with that said, the PSG has many more years of experience then you do. Not all NCOs should be NCOs, some shouldn't even be on the military.
