This is a great ruling. Before you critisize the rules read the ruling.

Men do not have the body parts to mettle in women issues; exception to the little men.

The access to abortion is a women issue where men should not mettle in, and those that claim to be pro life are pro birth, because the Texas cases was a fraud that used lies to control what a woman decides. Women are not stupid, they are capable of deciding what clinics to use. Texas, needs step up to the plate and fix their foster children care and education system instead of asking for church and charities to do their job; so that they do what is right for living children.

Thanks for sharing an interesting prediction.
I am not surprised that the SCOTUS decided against two key provisions of the Texas law that are supported by many doctors "One required stand-alone clinics, even those that perform only first-term abortions, to meet the standards of walk-in surgery clinics. The second required that doctors performing abortions have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital. Here are the states that have passed similar laws."
I expect that Justice Kennedy joined with the consistently liberal justices on this case.

Yes the Reagan (republican idol) appointed him.
I did vote for him but the Republican Party has gone completely bananas lately. I am undeclared for that reason they both (parties) step over the edge way to often for me.

MSgt Michael Bischoff - The Republican party has refused to adapt to the times and continuous to attempt to re-live a time that has passed and they have permitted groups that use religion as tool to control others instead of the guide for the soul. The Democrats on the other hand has become the party that welcomes those that feel rejected by the Republican party. Liberal and Conservative have become the lines that defines and divide us now, sad to say but that division only aids our enemies.

Texas is playing to a small group that uses the Texas legislature to push their misguided ideology, this is the same group to be pro-life but does nothing for living children; they are pro-birth. Texas legislatures knew that the law would not meet constitutional law and would be rejected by the Supreme Court, which also shows that Texas legislatures are playing to their voters; shame because Texas Foster Care system is broken and the legislature has not done any about it.
