Most people should not need to decrypt WIFI. Sometimes they could be invading privacy and if decrypting gov info, they can go to jail.

Yup, I'm a pentester and work with Red Teams and we always get permission in writing before we do anything. You can't fix something if you don't know it's broken. And Yes I'm very good Friends with the local Sheriffs Department IT guys 8-) I'm proud to say that I've helped them a LOT!
