I tried Stew's workout program when I was younger and meaner...there are some great insights, but it ultimately comes down to finding your own limits, then exceeding them each time. Unfortunately, I find that my everyday "battles" now require more of the mind than the body...so I'm trying to accept the slow fall into middle-age with some dignity :)

COL Mikel J. Burroughs Another great article. I like how he explained the concept of max repetition and provided an example workout plan of how to get there.
