Great read. It is good practice to prepare. I believe some important take aways is researching the company and thinking of questions. Questions that both you would want to ask and that might be asked to you. You want to be able to explain how your skills and experience will benefit the company. Even some likes and reasons you want to work there and would be a good fit. Thinking of questions ahead of time will allow you to be prepared rather than flustered. You will also have examples ready to explain.
