One thing I learned about dealing with the VA in filing disability claims is that recorded facts don't lie they speak for themselves. You don't need a fancy slick talking Lawyer to help you with the process. Gather your medical records and review them. If any conditions or injuries you had while on active duty are continually bothering you then you have a valid case to file. I
experienced some problems while on active duty which I never taught much of. That was until one day it sent me to the emergency room and was causing disruption in my everyday life. The moral of the story is that I had the same symptoms documented in my military medical records while on active duty on 7 separate occasions. That's why I say facts especially recorded facts don't lie.
Peace!
