So a lot of talk in the industry is about revoking these certificates, people need to do research and understand the implications. Also don't just trust all these "create vpn" or install this vpn articles. If you really want to use a vpn solution you should look at commercial solutions which aren't always cheap or easy to setup and maintain at least for the layperson. Now keep in mind these are my opinions about the subject.

I agree it is good to know how to set up/use a VPN but I wouldn't recommend people that don't have a good understanding to go and download a tor browser.. Just me maybe.. This also seems a bit like a conspiracy theory, but it was an interesting read and there is good information in there so thanks for the share!
