It really got me thinking about the type of questions I could be asked and how I would respond to them. I can see how your personality can make a difference during the interview process. I look at people around me and see who is confident and who is quiet or shy. I have found that just because you are vocal and seem confident doesn't always mean you have the right answer. This will give me some homework to think how I would answer those questions and not spend too much time trying to think about it by searching for the right answer. Thanks for sharing.

I'm happy to hear that this article might help you! You're right - being outgoing and confident doesn't count if there isn't any substance in the answers. On the other hand, someone who is shy and soft-spoken, may not be heard the right way because of their presentation. Personality and culture fit is an important piece when companies are looking to hire. Not overthinking answers/questions can be hard - I know I have had that issue! If there's anything I can do to help you with your career search in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out.

It's a fine line between displaying positive energy and knowledge, and being obnoxious or self centered.
