Thank you for bringing light to this historical event that happened to our Veterans of the past. Only a very few of our Veterans today will understand the grasp of the situation then. In today's society and in the world some people just care about "What's In It For Me" Syndrome.(WIIFM). But as long as we have a breath to breathe as Veterans who still fight for those that gave their lives for Us, then our Nation as One still has a chance. No matter who is President.

This is a sad and sobering story every time I read or recall it. Not pleasant by any means to think vets were treated like this. Esp disturbing is the fact that our two most illustrious generals were the willing tools used to stomp this otherwise peaceful demonstration by Americans
