I suggest that they go and get a letter from Pass and ID. That's what our vets who attend services on base do. Just give yourself extra time.

I just show an VA ID at the Base Gate.

VA card and Drivers Lic... caregivers mostly are spouses and normally have a DOD dependent card as the disabled vet is 100% and has a DOD card... Commissary prices ain't that great.. I rarely go...

I agree with you about prices. They are about the same as the local Walmart.
