Ummm..... sounds like a pretty simple solution. The 1st Marine to kill/capture the alligator gets a 72 hour pass! Of course, the only weapon allowed is a Ka-Bar!

Make a good Platoon cookout on a Sunday in the barracks. Beer, fire and a sharp knife - voila - tastes just like chicken.

Yes it does.. there was a little hole in the wall place in Pascagoula that serve fried alligator nuggets. Went there at least every other week....
