Thank for the post SGT (Join to see). The issues in NC described by the article are not overstated. We are still seeing post-Florence road repair work underway, and I can only imagine work remaining for rail and other infrastructure...let alone displaced families. Nearly 9 feet of rain fell in eastern NC during 2018, and almost 4 feet of that came from Florence.
