Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:
• Type EPA 3 or Universal certified
• HVAC State License Class A Certified
• Possess a Top-Secret Security Clearance
• Ten years’ verifiable experience as an HVAC technician
• Extensive knowledge of trade tools and control systems
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Be able to troubleshoot high and low voltage wiring circuits
• Have extensive knowledge in DDC controls and control system strategies
• Valid state driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to bend, lift, carry, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and to use hands frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 30+ lbs. frequently and team lift up to 60+ lbs. occasionally
• Job Requirements, Preferred:
• High school diploma
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• NFPA 70E ARC Flash Training
• Facilities lead engineer background
