MST is a huge issue. Trans people have been subject to more than there fair share of MST - somehow the predators seem to sense it and pounce.

There is never an excuse for rape. The guy that raped her when she was just out of boot camp belongs in jail. The guys who sexually harassed her should be punished too. BCD or reduction in rank etc depending on their part in it.
