Jennifer Farley I have seen IBM and subsidiaries cut thousands of American employees only to ramp up hiring overseas to replace positions with cheaper offshore labor. I hope to see IBM seek to truly develop veterans and US based personnel to fill these critical technology positions.

It is smart for these companies to use our veterans, National Guard and Reserve members for these critical technology roles. We have the greatest talent coming from our military and I am glad to see companies continuing to tap into these skills.
