Illinois in danger of entering financial 'death spiral'

Let nature take it's course, there are actions that will result in a return to sanity for this state, however there will be a lot of pain.

I've always considered it to be the Berchtesgaden of the Democrat Party. Much as Detroit was their socialist paradise much if not all of the Progressive Empire is slowly crumbling down into the dustbin of history.
