I'd just mentioned this film a moment ago, decent acting, though the shipsmdepictedmin the final battle sequence basically resemble abysmally bad toy bathtub kid's boats, you know? Still, interesting depiction, the Burgess Meredith character was based on the live of RAdm Geme Markey, the Wikipedia page for whom I'd also just submitted here a few mims ago....

Lol, yeah, my eyeballs fell out at seeing them I couldn't believe Otto Preminger actually approved those toys, they really were pretty awful, lol.
