Some bad things going on south of the border. What would USA do with a KIA rate like Mexico.

Criminals are destroying what would otherwise be a beautiful country & the government, because of corruption & otherwise, can't/won't control it. Years ago, my wife & I considered retiring to Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico about 1,000 miles south of El Paso, Texas. Even that fine English-speaking community is no longer safe from the cartels.
