In Texas You Can Legally Own More Guns Than Sex Toys

Anyone else remember the health department in Texas closing down an adult sex shop for selling candy sex toys? It said that the candy made the sex shop guilty of selling food without a license. Right Wing "Christians" go to extreme measures to make those who don't agree with their "faith" agree with their "faith!"

I say that is a very good thing. Really.

This is an example of a law that was left on the books but is impossible to enforce. Since the process to remove laws from the record is long in most states, many are left on the books just out of lazy politicians. In Alabama it is illegal to own sex toys completely. Yet the largest sex toy store in the state is less than 10 miles from the State courthouse. A mixture of hypocrisy and irony.
