I remember reading about this earlier this year, and if I am not mistaken, the program only accepts wounded or disabled vets, meaning that without a disability, vets can't even apply. It seems to me that if they really are short on analysts then they should be taking any and every vet, who meets the requirements, and letting them get trained up and then turning them loose to go after the bad guys.
