You may have been hearing on the news about the increase in Police Officer suicides. Most of you know that I have worked in the Military Mental Health world for over a decade and this issue is near and dear to my heart and part of course, what Fire Team Whiskey does as a part of our mission to help provide support to Military Members, Veterans and First Responders. If you have it within your financial ability and it is on your heart to help a Police Officer or First Responder struggling with depression/suicidal thoughts, I ask that you would consider donating to this cause. My friend Stefanie Shaughnessy is a former Police Officer, her husband continues to serve and she is an advocate for First Responder Mental Health and is raising money for this cause.
