But those Capts got so much more training. Maybe some of that training was not ship driving, but now they know they are not supposed to do sexual harassment. (I thought your mother was supposed to teach you!)

I view it as a warning not to get to close, we’ll run over your sorry butts. Now, Navy, get back to the old backup of manual plots and better training on basic seamanship an responsibility.

LT Brad McInnis I still maintain a CO is always responsible for safe ship operation. With responsibility, comes accountability. Stop firing COs for personal infractions, always fire for collisions and groundings. Guess that is old school.
