@COL David Turk The National Guard does many things differently than the Big Army.
The Governor of Indiana may have plans?

It’s my understanding that NG officers hold a federal rank and as such can be prosecuted under the UCMJ by the appropriate service. But I’m not 100% sure, so I was hoping someone here (former JAG?) could shed some light on what the feds can and can’t do (since the state appears to be doing nothing but accept his retirement). As a minimum, he should be investigated for retaliation and adultery. Possibly illegal use of government funds, and conduct unbecoming an officer.
Last, as a minimum, if they have a retirement ceremony for him, he should be presented with the “Jody” award.
He’s due his day in court, but he sure seems like a scum bag from what’s written.
