This is the consequences of open borders and not prosecuting criminals. Over 100,000 Americans die of overdose year, mostly fentanyl and many of them will be non ent victims. Until American politicians decide to secure our border the drug cartels will run it!

There is just so much fentanyl. Fentanyl is being smuggled as pills. A druggie lost ne and a kid found it , could have been the end of his life!
