Seems just right for desertified areas with an abundance of sand, limited hydroelectric, coal burning pants to make electricity (like Navajo nation who sells that energy to California, and suffers higher rates of Asthma because of the plants), and no need for nuclear plants for the purpose of generating electricity, like the one our electric company owns which has raised our bill x5 because of the cost!
