What ever Happened to Putting out the Bids and letting the Private sector develop and Present their product for comparison and then the Military testing with out any annoyance for the overpaid Congress Critters and then adoption of good and reliable products at a decent Price...

So what Generals and Candidates and Personnel have stock in the company that did get the bid. Cloak and daggers going on or are generals really that petty over suit and ties at a meeting.
