I have to admit having spent all my A-team time on a Dive team, we use to always talk shit to the HALO team guys. A friendly animosity between the two. Then I went to HALO school and I wanted to do it full time. It takes a “Special” man to do it.

MSG Dan Castaneda - Talkin' #2. And it gets better as years go by --> 2 weeks @ McCoy v. 3 weeks @ Benning. As for HALO and Dive ---> I plead *no contest* but will buy drinks w/or without *coin.*
Can't say I appreciated the effectiveness of the training @ BAC 01-86 @ Fort McCoy @ the time (and while in the gig pit *every* day) but looking back it was excellent as I presume it was @ Benning, HALO and elsewhere. At the end of the day, whether Reserve, Guard or AD ---> SF = the best people I have ever worked with w/close friendships to this day.
